Cost, Scheduling, & Cancellations

My sessions are 45 minutes long and cost $50 each.

During the school year, each person is assigned a regular spot once per week. I teach Monday through Thursday, early afternoon until late evening. Sometimes I work morning hours if a student is homeschooled or attending Peninsula College. During the school year, payment once per month at the beginning of the month is preferred.

During the summer, the sessions are pre-set at the beginning of the summer. It’s on the basis of when I’m in my office and not in the mountains. Payment during the summer is every week, incorporating the number of sessions we meet during that week.

If cancellations are necessary, I must have notice at least the day before or I absolutely charge for the missed visit. This is because I always have a waiting list. When I am informed of a cancellation too late, I cannot offer that opportunity to someone else who is waiting and hoping to get my help. I also cannot text and otherwise try to rearrange the schedule when I am tutoring. Each person who is with me deserves my full attention. It is imperative that people realize how full my schedule is and how many people want my services but cannot get on my regular schedule.

Payment Types Accepted

I accept Cash, Check (made out to Rebecca Wanagel), Venmo, Pop Money, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Credit Cards. I prefer to be paid once per month at the beginning of the month.
